TrvlCrew is operated by Viktor Nobiuz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

Who can use TrvlCrew

You must be of legal age in your country and, if you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. Keep your login details confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account.

Operators

You're responsible for the trips you create, the documents you upload, and the travellers you invite. Only publish content you have the right to share.

Travellers

You're responsible for what you post in chat and the notes you keep. Be respectful to your crew and your operator.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Breaking any law or infringing anyone's rights.
• Uploading content that is fraudulent, abusive, or that you don't own.
• Sending spam, malware, or otherwise interfering with security.
• Probing, scanning, scraping, or reverse-engineering the service.

Our IP

TrvlCrew's software, brand, and documentation are ours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Service level

We work hard to keep TrvlCrew running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and in our own Refund policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay amounts owed, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you have paid to TrvlCrew in the 12 months before the claim arose. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluding it would be unlawful.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or via email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the change.
