Refund policy

Because TrvlCrew organises real tours with real deposits, our refund window is tied to the tour departure date rather than the purchase date.

Refund windows

• Full refund up to 60 days before tour departure.
• 50% refund between 60 and 30 days before departure.
• No refund inside 30 days of departure, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request one directly via paddle.net, or by contacting your operator through the tour hub. If neither option works, reach us via the contact page and we'll help.
