Tour deposits and balances

TrvlCrew does not sell tours or take payments for them. Your tour's deposit and balance are paid to your tour operator directly, so refunds follow your operator's own booking terms. Ask your operator through the tour hub; they can cancel a request you no longer owe.

TrvlCrew itself

There is no charge for a TrvlCrew account today, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid plans, this page will set out how refunds for them work before anyone is charged. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
