For travellers

If you've been invited to a tour, open the invite link from your operator, or enter the tour's 6-character join code on the join page.

For operators

Once you've created an operator account, start a tour, build the itinerary, upload documents, and invite travellers from the tour's Members section.

Using TrvlCrew without signal

From a week before a tour starts, the app keeps the tour on your phone by itself whenever you open it with signal. With no signal you can still see the day's plan, the itinerary, travel and stays, saved documents, field notes, announcements, your checklist and the chat, and a list of the tour's places with how far away they are. Messages, expenses and checklist answers you add offline are sent when you're back in range. Photos, uploads and payments need signal.

Before you lose signal, open the tour once on Wi-Fi and check the overview says "Ready offline". On an iPhone, add TrvlCrew to your Home Screen (Share, then Add to Home Screen) and open it from there, so your phone keeps the saved tour. You can remove it from your phone at any time from the tour's overview.
